Level Zero is now officially being considered for the Sundance Film Festival! This is truly an honor and we are hoping to change the way films are promoted. We will have a live event through Twitter and watch the response from Utah live from the internet! Hats off to Jason Pollock and his movie The Youngest Candidate and the premiere at the LAFilm Festival last night. He has plowed the way for indie filmmakers to promote on a massive scale.

We have submitted LEVEL ZERO to the following Film Festivals. The closest one is Action/ Cut Film Festival which has some pretty incredible prizes as well as contacts in the industry if you win, so we had to give this one a shot! Zero Film Festival had a requirement that this was a self funded movie and since this was I thought it would be appropriate!. Slamdance happens during Sundance in Utah and really focuses on new and upcoming filmmakers. It would be an honor to be selected to any of these. Finally Cinequest was selected since I was there and worked with Cinequest last year and what I saw was an incredible energy surrounding every film that was screened, the people that put this festival together are inspiring and incredibly helpful! Wish us luck in the coming year as we look forward to the results on whether we are selected later this year!

LEVEL ZERO Show times

Alameda theatres and Cineplex has graciously opened the doors for additional showtimes for LEVEL ZERO. Starting May 22nd through May 29th LEVEL ZERO will be playing at 12:15pm and 2:40pm. Admission is free, so come on by and see the movie on the big screen!

National EMS Week – A National Opportunity for Positive PR

National EMS Week will get kicked off May 17th – May 23rd. During this week it is the only time that we celebrate the success’, the saves, the people that make up the EMS community. It is necessary to look at this week as a chance for EMS agencies across the nation to pull together in celebration in an effort to fundraise for their favorite charity, and bring together all those who make up the system. I am in talks with people now to make an annual event of a premiere of a movie as a small portion of the event, but make it available across the nation at different theaters.
